I was tasked with the creation of a header graphic to complement the thought-provoking article titled 'Power and patience: Finding the balance in leadership' by Ricardo Vasquez.

Exploration
Ricardo's article emphasizes the importance of balancing power and patience in leadership and highlighting the qualities and skills necessary for effective leadership. By delving into the fundamental concepts of "power," "patience," and "balance," I embarked on a creative journey to highlight these characteristics. I crafted a series of graphic variations that aimed to merge the elements of harmony, symmetry, and the interplay of time and space. Through this exploration of color contrast and opacity, I sought to evoke a profound visual experience that resonates with the essence of these profound concepts.

Final Design
The selection of this graphic narrative was the culmination of a discerning process, driven by its ability to evoke deep emotions through its portrayal of power and patience. By leveraging the hue known as "Banana" from Dropbox's color palette, a symmetrical diamond shape, and an interplay of opacity levels, the narrative achieved an embodiment of the intricate relationship between power and patience.
